Salted Caramel Irish Coffee Ingredients

These simple ingredients combine to create a sweet and decadent coffee cocktail. For the full recipe including all measurements, see the recipe card at the bottom of the post.

  • Coffee: Your favorite freshly brewed coffee makes the perfect base for this drink. Use decaf coffee for a caffeine-free cocktail.
  • Caramel sauce: You can find several kinds in the ice cream topping section of your grocery store.
  • Irish Whiskey: Because you can’t have Irish coffee without Irish whiskey, grab a rich Irish whiskey like Jameson.
  • Vanilla ice cream: The ice cream settles in nicely over the hot Irish coffee, resulting in the most divine frothy cream topping.
  • Salt: Kosher salt perfectly complements the sweetness of the ice cream and caramel and gives this cocktail its salted caramel touch.
