Chocolate Martini

Chocolate and booze? Say no more! When it comes to favorite dessert martini recipes, this Chocolate Martini is sure to be at the top of your favorites list. You'll love this indulgent martini.

Servings: 2 martinis

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz chocolate liqueur
  • chocolate sauce
  • chocolate shavings see note

Instructions

  • Gently drizzle chocolate around the inside of two small martini glasses.
  • In a martini shaker, combine the Baileys Irish Cream, vodka, and chocolate liqueur.  Shake to combine.  Gently pour into the prepared glasses.
  • Top the martinis with whipped cream.  Add chocolate shavings and enjoy!

Notes

There are a number of great ways you can make chocolate shavings.  If you want to make really beautiful curls, very very gently use a vegetable peeler on a long chocolate bar.
