Mimosa

No brunch is complete without a Mimosa, and this three-ingredient recipe takes the refreshing citrus flavor to the next level.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces orange juice fresh squeezed is best, about 2 oranges
  • 1 ounce Cointreau optional
  • 2 ounces Champagne 3 if skipping Cointreau

Instructions

  • Pour the Cointreau and orange juice into the Champagne glass.
  • Top with the chilled Champagne.
