One of the great gin cocktails, the classic Gin Gimlet is made with lime juice and gin and is refreshing, botanical, and balanced.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz gin
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Shake, and strain into a cocktail glass.
  • Garnish and enjoy
