Malibu Pineapple Margarita

For One Margarita
- 1 1/2 ounce Malibu or coconut rum
- 1 1/2 ounce homemade sweet and sour mix
- 3/4 ounce triple sec or orange liqueur
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
For a Pitcher of Margaritas(six)
- 1 1/4 cup Malibu or coconut rum
- 1 1/4 cup homemade sweet and sour mix
- 1/2 cup triple sec or orange liqueur
- 6 cups frozen pineapple
Add the sweet and sour mix, rum, triple sec, and frozen pineapple to the blender. Blend until desired consistency
Using corn syrup, gently coat the rims of your glass(es). Dip the coated rim into a plate with sugar.
Pour the drink into your glasses, garnish and enjoy
