Mulled Wine
Mulled Wine is the ultimate cozy cocktail. The cozy notes of cinnamon, citrus, and vanilla mixed with a bold red wine make it perfect for the Holiday season. It's easy to make and great for serving a crowd.

- 750 ml red wine
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 6 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 orange peel peeled into strips
- 1 lemon peel peeled into strips
- 1 cup ruby port
- 1 cup brandy
In a saucepan (read what type of pot to use in our notes in the post) bring the red wine, brown sugar, cloves, cinnamon, orange peel, and lemon peel to a simmer stirring regularly.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in the brandy and the port just long enough for it to heat through.
Remove from the heat and serve in mugs.
