A twist on the classic Sidecar, Between the Sheets is a rum cocktail that is bright and tangy. It features Cognac, Triple Sec, and a splash of citrus juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce White Rum
  • 1 ounce Cognac
  • 1 Ounce Triple Sec
  • 2/3 ounce Lemon juice

Instructions

  • Fill a shaker with ice.
  • Pour all the ingredients into the shaker.
  • Shake well.
  • Strain into a glass and enjoy.
