Canchanchara

The Canchanchara is a white rum drink sweetened with honey syrup and infused with fresh limes. It is a refreshing and light cocktail perfect for quenching your thirst!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Aguardiente or White Rum
  • 1/2 ounce Lime Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Honey or 1/2 ounce Honey Syrup
  • 1 1/2 ounces water or club soda

Instructions

  • Mix the water and honey together, or use honey syrup. If using club soda use honey syrup.
  • Pour the water honey mixture or honey syrup, lime juice and white rum into a coktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake well.
  • Strain into an ice filled glass.
  • If using club soda top it with a splash.
  • Garnish and enjoy.
