Spiked Eggnog Latte

Spiked Eggnog Latte is creamy, boozy, and coffee kissed. It is the ultimate cozy beverage for a chilly day.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup strong coffee
  • 1 tsp rum extract
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar or honey
  • 3/4 cup eggnog
  • 1/2 cup rum
  • whipped cream optional

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan combine together all of the ingrdients.
  • Bring to a simmer white stirring constantly.
  • Use an immersion blender or a blender to whip up all the ingredients.
  • Pour into a glass or mug.
  • Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
