Flaming Dr. Pepper
The Flaming Dr. Pepper is a sweet and slightly spicy cocktail with a flame sure to impress your guests. The fiery combination of Amaretto, High Proof Rum, and beer resembles the flavor of the popular soft drink.
Servings: 1 shot
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Amaretto
- 1/2 ounce High proof Rum ex. 151
- 6 ounces beer
Instructions
- Fill a glass half full of beer.
- Pour the Amaretto into the shot glass.
- Carefully pour the rum on top of the Amaretto.
- Carefully light the rum on fire.
- Drop the shot glass carefully into the beer and enjoy! (Do NOT attempt to drink the shot while it is on fire. Do NOT allow the shot to burn for more than about a minute before dropping it - less is better.)
