Cojito

A Cojito provides a tropical twist on the classic rum cocktail by the addition of coconut rum making each sip feel like a vacation.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • 6 to 8 mint leaves
  • 2 ounces Malibu Rum (coconut rum)
  • 4 ounces club soda

Instructions

  • In a glass add the mint leaves, simple syrup and lime juice.
  • Muddle to combine.
  • Pour in the Malibu.
  • Add the ice to top.
  • Stir.
  • Top with club soda and enjoy.
