Cojito
A Cojito provides a tropical twist on the classic rum cocktail by the addition of coconut rum making each sip feel like a vacation.
Servings: 1 cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 6 to 8 mint leaves
- 2 ounces Malibu Rum (coconut rum)
- 4 ounces club soda
Instructions
- In a glass add the mint leaves, simple syrup and lime juice.
- Muddle to combine.
- Pour in the Malibu.
- Add the ice to top.
- Stir.
- Top with club soda and enjoy.
