Hemingway Daiquiri

The Hemingway Daiquiri is a classic cocktail named after writer Ernest Hemingway and complimented with maraschino liqueur and grapefruit juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces White rum
  • 1 1/3 ounces Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Maraschino liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Lime Juice

Instructions

  • Fill a shaker with ice.
  • Pour in the rum, grapefruit juice, maraschino liqueur and lime juice.
  • Shake well.
  • Strain into a glass.
  • Garnish and enjoy!
