Apple Cider Mimosa

- 3 ounces apple cider
- 3 ounces champagne ex Prosecco
- apple slices optional
- caramel sauce optional
- cinnamon optional
Optional, pour some caramel sauce on a plate and some cinnamon on a different plate. Dip the rim of the champagne glass into the caramel sauce, then dip it into the cinnamon.
Pour the apple cider into the champagne glass. Top with the chilled champagne.
Garnish if desired.
