You’ll need about two cups of freshly brewed coffee, some Irish whiskey, a couple of spoonfuls of brown sugar, and heavy whipping cream for a luscious topping. HOW TO MAKE AN IRRESISTIBLE IRISH COFFEE
Grab a couple of your favorite coffee mugs, and fill them with your favorite coffee, then add scoop (or two if you like it sweet) of brown sugar, and stir until dissolved.
Now the good stuff. Add an ounce of high quality, strong Irish whiskey to each mug.
Top with fresh whipping cream and you have yourself a decadent drink which just begs to be sipped in front of a cozy fire with a good book.

- 16 ounces fresh brewed coffee
- 2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 2 TBSPs brown sugar
- 2 large spoonfuls whipped cream see notes for how to make homemade whipped cream
Fill two mugs with coffee.
Add a tablespoon of brown sugar to each mug.
Stir one ounce of whiskey into each mug.
Top with a large spoonful of homemade whipped cream. Enjoy!
To make homemade whipped cream, put a metal bowl in your freezer for 15 minutes. When the 15 minutes is up, add one tablespoon of sugar to the bowl. Then add one cup of heavy whipping cream. Whip with a handheld mixer on high until the cream thickens and forms peaks.
