Boozy Strawberry Shake Ingredients

Here are the ingredients that make up this delicious homemade strawberry milkshake. For the full recipe including all measurements, see the recipe card at the bottom of the post.

  • Cake-flavored vodka: Makes this a boozy shake and adds some sweet cake flavor.
  • Vanilla ice cream: Gives the cocktail its frozen milkshake consistency and creamy sweet flavor. For an extra strawberry punch, you could also use strawberry ice cream.
  • Milk: Thins the mixture out just enough to blend up.
  • Frozen strawberries: Adds strawberry flavor and acts as ice without diluting the drink. If you use fresh strawberries, you may need to add a few ice cubes. A few fresh strawberries make the perfect garnish.
  • Angel food cake: Small chunks of the fluffy cake perfectly complement the tartness of the strawberries.
