The Kamikaze shot packs a punch (and its name is fun to say!) With vodka, triple sec, and lime juice, there is room to play around with the color AND flavor of this shot, without missing the combo of sweet and tart. You can really have some fun with this one!

While its a popular shot ordered at a bar, the Kamikaze shot’s simplicity makes it easy to whip up a round at home as well. Cheers to that!

What’s In a Kamikaze Shot

A Kamikaze shot has just three ingredients:

  • vodka
  • triple sec
  • lime juice

How to Make Kamikaze Shots

To make a Kamikaze shot, fill a shaker with ice and pour .5 oz vodka, .5 oz triple sec, and .5 oz lime juice into the shaker. Shake, strain into a shot glass, and enjoy!
