What is in a Pornstar Martini Cocktail?
The cocktail is made with vanilla vodka, passion fruit juice and half a passion fruit. You serve it with a shot of Prosecco or Champagne on the side. The bubbly wines should be sipped in between drinking the martini to help balance the passion fruit’s tartness.
Some recipes may also have lime juice as an ingredient for this cocktail to also balance the tartness, I love the tartness so we did not add it. It was originally called a Maverick Martini but the creator Douglas Ankrah decided to change the name.

Where Do You Find Passion Fruit Juice?
This may not be a juice you just have laying around your house. We found Welch’s Passion Fruit Juice Cocktail the easiest to find. It is in the refrigerated section of your grocery store next to other fruit juices and near the orange juice.
Is the Passion Fruit a Must?
No! The fruit may be more expensive than you want to pay for something to garnish a drink but the should not stop you from making this drink. You can skip the fruit and it will still be a wonderfully refreshing drink.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces vanilla vodka
- 2 ounces passion fruit juice
- 1/2 passion fruit for garnish
- prosecco
Instructions
- Add the vanilla vodka, passion fruit juicer and ice to a shaker and shake
- Strain the drink into a glass
- Garnish with half a passion fruit
- Serve with the prosecco on the side
