A vegas bomb, or vegas bomb shot, is created by dropping a shot glass of liquor into a glass of red bull and drinking quickly. While different bartenders make different variations of the shot, we like this classic version best.
Vegas Bomb Recipe
As for what’s actually in a Vegas Bomb, the ingredients are quite simple. Vegas Bomb ingredients include:
- Canadian Whiskey. We prefer Crown Royal, which is the most common whiskey in a Vegas Bomb.
- Peach Schnapps. A peach-flavored liqueur that adds a sweet fruit compliment to the mix.
- Malibu Rum or another coconut rum.
- Red Bull. You could use a different energy drink, but keep in mind that the flavor of the bomb shot will change. Having chilled red bull will make the drink more enjoyable.
How to Make a Vegas Bomb
- Fill a shot glass with the whiskey, schnapps, and rum.
- Pour the Red Bull into a glass filling it halfway.
- Carefully drop the shot into the Red Bull glass.
- Down the drink and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce Canadian Whiskey
- 1/2 ounce Peach Schnapps
- 1/2 ounce Malibu Rum ex. coconut rum
- 1/2 glass Red Bull ex. energy drink
Instructions
